To comply with the requirements of The Bribery Act 2010 which came into force on 1st July 2011, Grundon has put in place an Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, which is written in accordance with the Guidance issued by the Ministry of Justice (Section 9 of the Act).
The Grundon Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy applies to all Grundon employees, contractors, agency workers and any customers who do business with Grundon Waste Management Ltd or Grundon Sand & Gravel Ltd. We expect all our customers to comply with it and to implement it as they would their own policy in providing their services to us and, if they are using third parties in the provision of services to us, to ensure they impose a similar requirement on those third parties.
