About the Private Personal Assistant role
As a gatekeeper and first point of contact within the family household, there's plenty to keep you busy: extensive diary management; organising private travel, including visas, accommodation and restaurants; and personal shopping. You will also oversee the general day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property and other private family properties, as well as liaising with accountants, finance and legal representatives. 

What we’re looking for in our Private Personal Assistant
- Two years’ relevant experience in a similar private PA role 
- Ability to multi-task, filter information and prioritise
- Professionalism and discretion
- Excellent spoken and written communication, ideally with a good level of spoken and written French
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
- Full UK driving licence

Working hours: 15 hours per week to be worked over three days (ideally, one day working at family home, two days in the Colnbrook office)
