As Clinical Customer Support Executive at Grundon, you will be part of a small motivated team that provides waste collection and disposal services for customers like doctors and dentists, vets, unis and care homes. The Clinical Customer Support Executive role
You can expect to gain an in-depth knowledge of the legislation and guidelines that are relevant to clinical waste collections and disposal.
- Day to day, you will support exiting and new clinical contracts, resolving any queries and reviewing the performance of key accounts.
- Update customers on any changes in service and ensure good communication with all internal and external customers.
- Provide reports to customers and ensure that the IT system used for managing the clinical service is accurately set up and maintained.
- Manage phone and email enquiries, ensuring that sufficient information is obtained to resolve issues and support new business opportunities.
- Accurate invoicing monitoring - a priority.
- Ordering stocks and clinical waste supplies.

What we are looking for in our Clinical Customer Support Executive
- Ability to record and report information concisely and accurately; good computer skills are essential.
- Confident communicator who understands the importance of providing fantastic customer service.
- Approachable, flexible and able to multi-task.
- Unflappable when working under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
Working hours: 35 per week, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
