Resource & Recovery Administrator

At Grundon, our Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs) are busy hubs where materials like cardboard and cans are sorted, baled and sent on elsewhere to be recycled. As Resource & Recovery Administrator, based in the office at Colnbrook, near Slough, you will join us on a permanent contract and earn a competitive salary and great benefits, including:

What you’ll be doing as Resource & Recovery Administrator
You will support the Resource & Recovery managers with the admin tasks associated with running the MRF and its team, including: 
- Handling customer enquiries and queries
- Data entry and producing reports
- Typing letters and emails
- Updating the Time & Attendance system
- Organising meeting agendas and taking minutes

What we're looking for in our Resource & Recovery Administrator 
- At least one year’s admin experience 
- A good working knowledge of the full Microsoft package, including Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail 
- Customer-first approach

Working hours 8am - 4pm, Mon-Fri - 35 hours per week
