Congratulations to Peter Brett Associates (PBA), worthy winners of the Green Progress Award at last night’s (November 17) glittering Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards.
The hotly-contested category, sponsored by Grundon Waste Management, saw PBA scoop the judges’ plaudits for its commitment to minimising waste and energy consumption, protecting the environment, efficient use of resources and to promoting health and wellbeing.

The firm, which has offices in Oxford and Reading, is an independent practice of engineers, planners, scientists and economists who work with clients to deliver major development and infrastructure projects.
One of its local projects has been Slough’s £17 million new Curve Library and Cultural Centre.
Grundon’s Marketing & Communications manager, Anthony Foxlee-Brown, said: “Many congratulations to PBA.
“It was a tough decision for our judges to choose an overall winner from some great entries, but PBA demonstrated that they go beyond the norm to promote sustainability, both within their organisation and also with the many clients and communities in which they operate.”
In second place was Farnborough International, organiser of the famous Farnborough International Airshow. Third place went to Aldermaston-based AWE, while CV-Library, from Fleet, and Loxone UK were both highly commended.Back to news
