June 14 is the deadline for entries to this year’s 35 under 35 awards programme, which seeks to identify the waste management stars of the future.
Run by Grundon Waste Management in conjunction with Letsrecycle.com, the awards are aimed at identifying the innovators and rising stars who show vision, creativity and determination, who strive for professional excellence and still find the time to give back to their company or community.
Grundon’s Deputy Chairman, Neil Grundon, said: “We think it’s important to recognise those who individuals who will be our industry’s equivalent of the Oscar winners and sporting superstars of the future.
“We want to hear from those who are determined to make a difference, to keep our industry at the forefront of technology, who want to sit at the top table of decision makers, and are not afraid to do things differently.”
The judges are looking to honour people under the age of 35 who have helped to progress their business (as part of a team or individually) in a notable way and achieved substantial success at a young age.
Winners will receive:
- Full profile on 35 under 35 website
- Be featured on leading industry news website letsrecycle.com
- Promotional material
- Invitations to a dedicated networking event
- Recognition of their individual achievement
Achieving 35 under 35 status offers the springboard for career progression, giving industry-wide recognition for professional competency while highlighting the individual’s passion and dedication.
Individuals can nominate themselves or their peers and colleagues. All entries must be received by 14 June 2019 and the winners will be announced at a special event later this year. For full details, visit www.35-under-35.comBack to news
