Do you enjoy engaging with customers and have a calm-under-pressure personality? Are you happy to take on a varied full-time temporary job for a period of six months? As Transport Office Administrator, you will join our Knowl Hill depot, near Maidenhead, on a fixed-term contract, earning a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including:

About the Transport Office Administrator role
Our Knowl Hill drivers collect waste from businesses in the London area. Based in the transport office, you will wear many 'hats', including carrying out daily admin tasks, and liaising with drivers (basic payroll queries, sorting personal protective equipment, etc) and customers (e.g. passing on requests). One minute you might be coding an invoice or updating holiday records, the next ensuring a clocking-in card is issued to a new driver.

What we’re looking for in our Transport Office Administrator
- Flexibility – answering the phones and covering for a Transport Office Co-ordinator at lunchtime, for example
- You can think on your feet and use your initiative 
- Your people skills are as important as your computer and paperwork skills!

Working hours: 7.30am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri - 40 hours per week.
