Whether you’re a graduate with an accounting degree, or are part AAT qualified, you must love spreadsheets as much as finance to be successful as Accounts Reporting Assistant – a brand new role in a small and supportive team at Grundon’s modern head office in Benson, South Oxfordshire. You will join us on a permanent full-time contract and earn a competitive salary and great benefits, including:

About the Accounts Reporting Assistant role
Assisting our Head of Finance and Systems & Reporting Analyst means you will have a very varied workload! You’ll carry out daily transactions essential for the production of our monthly internal Management Information packs, but also produce reports for internal and external customers. Duties will include: 
- Helping to maintain Jet reports from the company ERP system
- Assisting with the thorough testing and publishing of BI reports
- Generating monthly pre-payments and accruals for rents, rates, licences, insurances, etc
- Checking and uploading monthly legacy system invoice data 
- Completing statutory returns for the Office for National Statistics 

What we’re looking for in our Accounts Reporting Assistant
- Part-qualified AAT or other Accounting qualification
- Thorough understanding of Excel, budgets and manipulating data for reporting purposes
- An eye for detail 
- Self-motivation, confident communication, and good planning and time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence

Working hours: 35 per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, though flexibility is required
