We are committed to ensuring that all employees are suitably trained to carry out their jobs. All Grundon employees receive a first induction training day followed with more in-depth training over the following months.
In addition to mandatory training, (Induction and Health & Safety training) employees are encouraged to attend all relevant internal and external training to enhance and develop themselves personally and professionally.
