Health & Safety...

Grundon places the very highest emphasis on all issues concerning health and safety - both within our own sites and throughout the communities and environments in which we work.

We expend considerable time and effort in assessing the possible risks to anyone affected by our operation. These are carefully recorded and where any significant risk is identified we take appropriate action to eliminate it. Where necessary we provide written Safe Operating Procedures to all relevant employees.

We have also set in place a carefully considered and effective hierarchy of health and safety responsibility throughout our organisation.

We also implement a stringent training policy - ensuring that all our employees are suitably trained and resourced to fulfil their roles safely and in compliance with all legal requirements. Mandatory training has been identified where appropriate and must be completed as a condition of continued employment.
