Technical or Hazardous Legislation...
The management of hazardous waste is one of the most highly regulated industries in the U.K. Correct classification, packing and labeling is essential. Many sites producing hazardous wastes must also be registered and detailed transport documentation (consignment notes) must be produced for every load. Strict regulations also determine the disposal methods to be employed.
The Technical Department is fully conversant with all the regulations governing the management of hazardous wastes. We can ease the way though the minefield of regulations, giving guidance and support throughout. Our "T" number system enables wastes to be tracked and audited, demonstrating compliance.
