








Grundon Waste Management Ltd is able to provide a recycling service for many types of chlorinated solvents. This includes methylene chloride (dichloromethane) and trichloroethylene.
These are transported to our Ewelme hazardous waste transfer station, where they are tested for solvent content and degree of contamination. If the wastes are single solvents and not too contaminated they will be consigned to a specialist solvent reclamation plant, which will redistill them back to clean products.
Mixed solvents and those with heavy contamination will be bulked up in the transfer station and will be consigned for high temperature incineration.
Our transfer station is able to process all sizes of chlorinated waste containers i.e. 1ml to 1200ltr and even small tanker loads.
