Customer Satisfaction Survey -
don’t forget to take part!

At Grundon we are continually working to improve our facilities and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a part of this process we are currently undertaking a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The short questionnaire takes just a couple of minutes to complete. Answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and used to further develop the services we offer.

As an added incentive, all completed surveys will be entered into a free prize draw to win a Kindle Touch (RRP £109), or Marks & Spencer gift vouchers to an equivalent value!

All current customers of Grundon Waste Management were recently e-mailed with an invitation to take part. If you haven’t already done so, don’t forget to complete the survey by 13th July to qualify for entry into the free prize draw.

Prize draw rules:
 
1. No purchase necessary.
 
2. Only one entry per individual will be accepted.
 
3. Employees of Grundon, its contractors or their families
   are ineligible to take part
 
4. All completed entries will be entered into the draw and
    a single winner drawn at random.
 
5. Closing date for prize draw entries:
    Friday 13th July 2012.
 
6. The draw will be made on Friday 3rd August 2012 and
    the winner notified in writing immediately thereafter.
 
7. There will be one prize only of either a Kindle Touch
    (RRP £109) or Marks & Spencer gift vouchers to an
    equivalent value. No other alternatives will be offered
    and no correspondence will be entered into.
