Job Purpose

To ensure that all waste management facilities are operating within the limits of their design using quantitative and qualitative environmental indicators.

Key Tasks

• The production of interpretative reports for regulatory bodies and interested parties.
• Management of the environmental Monitoring Database.
• The collection of environmental samples from waste management facilities, specifically groundwaters, surface waters, leachates and gas samples.
• Environmental Inspections of waste management facilities.
• Ad Hoc projects relevant to the role.

Key Skills Required

• Graduate, ideally in a related subject.
• Comfortable working in a field and office based work environment.
• Methodical and analytical.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Sound data entry skills, familiar with Spreadsheets and Databases.
