Community

Our commitment

Our impact on the local communities and environment in which we work is extremely important. Whilst we strive to minimise the negative aspects, we want to make a greater positive impact through our contribution to the local economy and involvement in community group projects.

Our approach

Our reputation as an organisation which cares about the communities in which it operates is extremely important to us, and at Grundon we take a great deal of pride in helping to support a wide range of community, sporting and charitable initiatives.

Waste management is a community issue, as well as a commercial enterprise and a social necessity.

That is why we work closely with local community groups at each of our locations, where constructive input is not only welcomed and valued, but actively solicited.
