Building and Construction Aggregates

Building and Construction Aggregates

One of Grundon's key markets is the supply of materials to the building, construction and civil engineering industries, including brick manufacturers.

Our products include building and sharp sands, engineering and puddle clays, bulk fill materials and flint-based aggregates for concrete and drainage, all of which are washed materials.

Building sands are produced in several colours at our quarries, for a variety of end uses. Sharp sand is available for concrete, floor screeds and grit sand for use in block paving.

Strict quality control systems are in place and materials are regularity tested by independent laboratories.
To enquire about up-to-date grading analysis, samples, brochures or prices please contact our aggregates office.

Our building and construction aggregates have been used on a number of large building and civil engineering projects, including the widening of the M5 between junctions 6 and 8 in Worcestershire, and in emergency repairs made to a breach in the Sharpness Canal.

Speak to a member of our aggregates team regarding samples, grading analysis, prices, or to request a brochure, please contact the Grundon aggregates sales office on 01491 834 311
